In the heart of Appalachia, there's a force of creativity, resilience, and hope. It's called Hollerwood Heroes. Our projects, born from a blend of passion and purpose, seek to not only uplift our communities but to also kindle the light of positive change. Here's a glimpse into the magic we weave:
Night of the Giving Dead For ten remarkable years, we've celebrated the spirit of Halloween by ensuring every child in Appalachia gets to experience its enchantment. Beyond costumes, it's a night where dreams come alive, where imaginations soar, and where children are reminded of the magic within them.
SPARC (Seeking Positive Alternative Realities Creatively) Journey through the epochs of immersive communication, from ancient cave drawings to the cutting-edge world of AR/VR. SPARC encapsulates "The Evolution of Immersion", providing both education and inspiration, and reminding us of the power of storytelling.
Brave Busking Bystanders Brigade (B4) Music, awareness, and a heartfelt cause come together in B4. We equip street artists with the tools to entertain, educate, and intervene, transforming urban zones into hubs of harmony and hope, especially in the face of the opioid epidemic.
